Here at Real Apparel we try to get our orders shipped out as fast as possible, customers inside the US generally will receive package within 2-6 business days but if you do not receive your package within that time frame please allow 1 - 4 weeks for package to deliver before contacting us about your package. depending on selected country. Once order is received and processed you will no longer be able to edit your order. Only after receiving product will you be applicable to request a refund if absolutely needed. Real Apparel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged product during shipping process. Once product arrives at shipping carrier location we are no longer responsible for your package.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

 Pre-order items are non-refundable once the order is placed, as production and fulfillment are already underway.

Pre-order items are often made to order or produced in batches, and this timeline allows us to ensure the highest quality product.

By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept the 20-40 day shipping window.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We want to ensure that you have a great experience with us. However, because our pre-order items may take up to 40 days to ship, we kindly ask that you wait until 40 days from the order date before contacting your bank or initiating a chargeback.

6. Delayed Shipments

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it please consult your carrier.
